Governing Law
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of your access to and use of the site, shall be determined by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the place of arbitration shall be Denver, Colorado. If the user resides in a foreign jurisdiction, the laws of England and Wales shall govern the dispute and the place of arbitration shall be London, England. THE USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE IS GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE ALL DISPUTES IN COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.
